Be Mine Valentine: Ideas Filled With Love

Let’s celebrate Valentine’s Day together this year. Use this great day to be creative, inspire others to smile, and show those you love that your thinking of them. Why not throw a party for your friends and family. Valentine’s Day should be a day we celebrate all those we love. Xoxo, Jax

These table settings are so festive and bold. Don’t they just inspire you to throw a party for the big V day? I love the individual flower boxes for each guest to take home and the champagne glasses with floating tea candles is an elegant alternative to the usual.

This gorgeous rose theme table setting would be a treat for any dinner guest to enjoy. The flowers will smell so beautiful by candlelight. Fill little boxes with heart shaped treats, chocolate kisses or mini-cupcakes for every guest.

To make these custom treat packages, cut out a picture of your child, scan it, and print onto heavyweight matte paper. Cut tags using pinking shears for the bottom edges, draw hearts, and stamp or write a message on each one. Fold the tags and tape them to cellophane bags filled with sweets. From: Martha Stewart

Take a little time out and make your Valentine’s cards this year. You’ll be refreshed from the creative break and Valentines is always better when you give from the heart.

I love gifts I can eat, smell or drink for Valentine’s Day. Fill large glass tea pots, candle holders and unusual jars with sweet treats like kisses in shades of pink. Make a batch of yummy mini cupcakes with candied hearts and pink sprinkles, put them in red boxes with a simple pink bow. Add a little note or saying for an extra personal touch.
